The new symmetric horizontal stabilizer and tailcone are now standard in newly manufactured R44 helicopters registered with the FAA. A retrofit kit (KI-285-2) is available for field installations. In a sad development, a 2016 built Garland based 'Robinson R44 Cadet' helicopter (Regd.
