Can scoliosis be addressed with an individual approach? In this video I demonstrate a fragment of correction using my Asymmetric Method. Each patient has a unique scoliosis pattern, muscle imbalance, pelvic position and spinal rotation. That is why I do not use the same exercises for everyone.
