In celebration of Tulsi Vivah* (Nov 13th), we created these amazing khoya & nuts rolls as petit fours. My GrandMa’s courtyard always had a Tulsi (holy basil). It was a part of her morning ritual to bow to her. She always said that, “Tulsi protects homes & families from bad energy”. And during Tulsi Vivah festival she adorned Tulsi & lit lamps around her.
