Recipe ⬇️ This Halloween salad is a labor of love but it’s a crowd pleaser! If I am bringing it to a party, I skip the cottage cheese and just do the cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic. But if I have any leftovers I like the eat it as a snack with some cottage cheese! Spooky salad 💀🥒👻🍅 •mini cucumbers (or regular seedless cucumbers) •cherry tomatoes, sliced in half • mini mozzarella balls, optional to mold them into ghosts •fresh basil •balsamic glaze Slice your cucumbers
