Indonesia's statistic department or BPS stated, anyone that spends above 20,000 rupiah a day is considered “not poor,” which brings the poverty rate down to 8%. However the World Bank standard for indonesia is around 50,000 rupiah a day, which would mean around 197 million people are living in poverty. What do you think?
