The original power supplies are 4.75V/1.6A for the Gamepad (the actual battery in it is 3.7V and I think 1500 mAh, though there a bigger ones available), and 15V/5A.

And if you want to play multiplayer games (like people do on vacation) you have to pack the pro controllers and Wiimotes too. In my opinion it may be the least portable console I've owned since the Neo Geo.
