How do I find out what Social Club account is linked to steam?
Jun 26, 2015 · I have a big problem with my Social Club account, where I can't log in to play because I don't know what account my steam is linked to! I aparently have an account which isn't linked to steam and I have no idea if I can do anything with that? PLEASE HELP!

(you can submit a ticket - if you don't care about the wait and want to add the risk that the underpaid bot/support help incorrectly responds to you - further prolonging your issue)

Sep 5, 2023 · First time loading up FiveM....I've heard you don't need to sign in to social club when loading up FiveM but when i click it it says "A rockstar games social club account owning Grand Theft Auto V is required to play FiveM. I bought GTA through steam and I've been told it should automatically load up without logging in, i'm just a bit hesitant to give my details. Anyone else had this issue?

Apr 13, 2015 · When you buy the game on Steam, it's added to your Steam account. But you must activate the game on the Rockstar Social Club account before you can play it. Similar to other games from say, Ubisoft that use Uplay, or EA that use Origin. If you buy it retail, outside of Steam, it only has the Social Club activation, you cannot activate it on Steam.
