Tata Power Company Ltd and Adaro International are in a legal dispute over a coal supply agreement for the Trombay power plant. Both companies have filed claims against each other, with the case now at the International Court of Arbitration.

During the performance of the agreement, disagreements emerged between the parties. Adaro sent a notification alleging a breach by TPCL.
