A storm moving in for Friday and the weekend will bring wind and snow for a lot of the state, but the mountains could really see the snow pile up.

Freezing rain and significant icing was reported from the Plains all the way to the east coast. Up to .5” of ice was reported in areas like Louisville. This resulted in horrible driving conditions, many accidents, downed trees, downed power lines and power outages.
