A woman has died and four people are in hospital following a two-vehicle collision in the Cotswolds this evening.

Swindon residents have raised concerns over the "numerous dead fish" in the town's canal. The dead fish have been spotted in the canal in the Wichelstowe area near the Waitrose store on Mill Lane.
