Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard could not make it to halftime of the Gunners' Saturday visit from Leeds United as an early-match injury became too much.

Jesus, 28, underwent ACL surgery following an injury sustained during Arsenal 's FA Cup third round defeat to Manchester United in January. The striker has remained out of action ever since, prompting the Gunners to secure attacking reinforcements this summer in preparation for the 2025-26 season.
