Looking to buy or sell a house​ in Massachusetts? A key change has gone into effect when it comes to home inspections.

The Affordable Art Fair will come to Boston for the very first time on Thursday, Oct. 23 and last through Sunday, Oct. 26. Located at SoWa Power Station, the fair will feature thousands of works by hundreds of living artists all priced between $100 and $10,000.

The Massachusetts Sanitary Code (105 CMR 410.000) spells out the minimum standards of habitability landlords must meet in order to rent a unit. If a tenant finds their unit doesn’t meet all the requirements of the Sanitary Code, they have a right to request their landlord remedy it within a reasonable period of time.
