The missing 23-year-old’s identity was confirmed through DNA testing, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said at a Monday news conference.
Remains found Saturday in a Philadelphia wooded area have been identified as Kada Scott, 23, who has been missing since Oct. 4. Keon King, 21, is suspected.
