Following Disney’s changes to its Disability Access Service, or DAS, a California woman has filed a class-action lawsuit. The California suit alleges that Disney’s changes violate that state’s civil rights and medical confidentiality laws, as well as infringing on federal guidelines. The lawsuit also names Inspire Health Alliance LLC, the medical company that helps determine whether guests qualify for the disability access service.
