ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions are making more roster moves following last week’s rookie minicamp. They are signing rookie edge defender Keith Cooper Jr. and waiving interior offensive lineman Leif Fautanu.
Cooper is a 6-foot-3, 280-pound defensive end who played collegiately at Tulane and then Houston, going undrafted after completing his Cougars career.
