Colleen Hoover is back on Instagram — with a catch. The “It Ends With Us” author, 45, returned to the social media platform on Wednesday after deactivating her account last month. But Hoover’s profile no longer features any pictures of the film adaptation’s stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni,
