BALTIMORE -- A water main break caused major flooding on a road in Dundalk Friday morning. The Baltimore County Department of Public Works (DPW) said the 10-inch break was located at the intersection of Dundalk and Holabird Avenues.

According to Belpre Mayor Susan Abdella, a 10-inch water main break happened on Lee Street, near 3rd and 4th Street. The reason is stated to be a clamp failed on the line, but why it failed has not been determined yet.

A water main break has occurred after a contractor was conducting underground cabling along 58 West in the vicinity of Faith Memorial Church. There is currently not a repair timeline, and some areas will experience a lack of water service.
