NEW ORLEANS — The NFL released the full 2025 regular season schedule, and one thing jumps out right away: no primetime games for the New Orleans Saints. That means no Thursday Night Football, no Sunday Night Football, and no Monday Night Football.

The Saints won't have to fly too far in 2025, at least compared to the rest of the NFL. But they're dealing with some challenging two-week road trips.

Though "meaningless" it may be, the preseason affair will mark the second return to New Orleans in as many years for Broncos (and former Saints) head coach Sean Payton. The clubs met during the 2024 regular season, with Denver winning in a blowout, 33-10, on national television.

The Saints and Dolphins will face off for the 14th time. Miami holds a 7-6 edge in the all-time series, with a 2021 victory in New Orleans snapping a three-game Saints winning streak in the series. The Dolphins also own a 3-2 advantage when these teams play in Miami, Florida.
