Taylor Jenkins was proud of the Grizzlies showing 'great resolve' in grinding up Pelicans after a new Ja Morant injury popped up.

Memphis superstar Ja Morant seemed poised for a remarkable game, but the 25-year-old star went down in the third quarter with an apparent shoulder injury. Morant stayed down on the floor before being helped up and whisked to the locker room.

They have a bit of a cushion as they currently lead the Pelicans 104-88. If the Grizzlies keep playing like this, they'll bump their record up to 22-10 in no time. On the other hand, the Pelicans will have to make due with a 5-27 record unless they turn things around (and fast).
