DaShawn Keirsey Jr. and Byron Buxton hit Minnesota’s first back-to-back homers this season, Chris Paddack pitched seven shutout innings and the Twins extended their winning streak to 11 games with a 4-0 victory over the Baltimore Orioles.

The Twins won their 11th straight game on Thursday, knocking off the Baltimore Orioles (speaking of struggling teams), 4-0. The 11-game winning streak is the team's longest since, well, only since last year. But it's still a feat the franchise has accomplished only four other times in modern-era history.

Pitching for the Twins is Chris Paddack. He has a 4.76 ERA. The Orioles should be able to get to him. Maybe they even will, and then it will be up to the pitchers to hold on. They proved incapable of that in yesterday’s doubleheader and will probably fail many times more before the season’s end.
