Mubi is nearing a deal for the rights to "Die My Love," starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, in the U.S. and other territories.

Mubi already has four other films in competition at Cannes, including Joachim Trier’s “Sentimental Value,” the WWI romance “The History of Sound” starring Paul Mescal and Josh O’Connor, the Nigerian drama “My Father’s Shadow,” and Kelly Reichardt’s heist film “The Mastermind.”

Mubi has outbid Apple and Netflix to acquire Lynne Ramsay's Cannes-premiered drama, Die My Love, starring Jennifer Lawrence, for over $20 million.
