Through the first five games of 1991, Thomas averaged 101 yards rushing per game with another 62 yards as a receiver. Robinson is just shy of Thomas' average on the ground with 97 rushing yards per gam, but Bijan has a minor edge as a pass catcher with 68 yards per game.

Bijan Robinson ripped through the Buffalo Bills’ defense for an 81-yard touchdown, the longest rush of his career and the longest in the NFL this season.
On the first play from scrimmage Monday night, Bijan Robinson fumbled after a 3-yard gain. Christian Benford recovered for the Bills at the Atlanta 46. The turnover, though, was negated by an offsides penalty on Greg Rousseau. Five plays later, the Falcons were in the end zone and holding an early 7-0 lead.
