Sesame Workshop’s deal with Netflix comes after Warner Bros. Discovery’s did not renew its five-year deal for “Sesame Street” streaming on Max/HBO Max.

Netflix will begin streaming the beloved children’s show’s upcoming 56th season, along with 90 hours of older episodes, later this year.

The series will still be available on PBS.
