The Nebraska Cornhuskers visit the Maryland Terrapins as one-touchdown favorites looking to climb the Big Ten rankings here in Week 7.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The No. 25-ranked Nebraska football team took its second loss of the season Friday night, losing 24-6 to Minnesota at Huntington Bank Stadium. It was a slow night for Nebraska’s offense, only totaling 213 yards compared to Minnesota’s 339.

This time the Huskers lead 7-6 instead of trailing by that score, but, just like last Friday, the game has been turned into a vacant lot mud fight by their opponent, which one would think will play right into Northwestern’s hands, especially given how Nebraska reacted to a similar situation last weekend.

Baylor is in town for the second-ever matchup between the two schools. UC had a fourth-quarter comeback to pull close to the Bears in 2023, but fell short 32-29. Dave Aranda's squad lost in Fort Worth to TCU 42-36 Oct. 18 and comes in 4-3 (2-2 Big 12) against the 6-1 (4-0) Bearcats.
