Flooding, crash causes heavy traffic for both directions on I-65 near downtown Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Both directions of travel on I-65 experienced heavy traffic Sunday afternoon due to flooding and a crash. TRIMARC reported road hazards about 10 a.m. on I-65 near Arthur Street.
