Michelle Obama has backed out of attending Donald Trump inauguration after not attending Carter funeral. Husband Barack will attend alone, again.

At the time of Carter's funeral, which took place in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 9, the mother of two's advisers confirmed that she was unable to attend the event because she was on an extended vacation in Hawaii and had a "scheduling conflict," according to CNN.
