The Golden State Warriors celebrated Andre Iguodala's legacy by retiring his No. 9 jersey at Chase Center after a dominant victory over the Dallas Mavericks Sunday.

Ten years after Iguodala helped the Warriors to their first of four championships, the team immortalized him by retiring his jersey. Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Kevin Durant are next in line. He didn’t have to be the best to be the first.

The Golden State Warriors were in a celebratory mood Sunday afternoon. The day was all about Andre Iguodala, who became the seventh player in team history to have his jersey retired. The feel-good sensation of the honorary occasion carried over to the basketball court and the Dallas Mavericks fell victim to an onslaught of offense by Klay Thompson’s former team.
