Glenn and the Jets will need to hire assistant all across the locker room in New York to help out the new head coach, from the various coordinator jobs to positional-specific roles. A good chunk of those hires will have come from Glenn’s past, including his recent tenure with the Detroit Lions.

Offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand is coming in to run the offensive play-calling duties. While he is joined by passing game coordinator Scott Turner, there's little experience on the offensive side of the ball from a play-calling perspective.
