A Missouri judge blocked many of its abortion restrictions, reimposing a preliminary injunction against them just a little over a month after the state's highest court had lifted a previous hold.

Abortion services will resume in Missouri on Monday following a Jackson County court order blocking enforcement of almost all of the state’s laws restricting the procedure.

Abortions can resume again in Missouri. On Thursday, Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Jerri Zhang issued a temporary injunction against several of the state’s abortion regulations, ruling that they likely violate the voter-passed constitutional amendment that restored many abortions in Missouri.
