America is preparing to say goodbye to another big name retail chain. Big Lots is planning to shutter all of its locations following months of store closures and a September filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Big Lots, which had earlier said all of its stores would close, announced the transfer of between 200-400 stores to Variety Wholesalers Inc. The fate of Topeka's location, 5121 S.W. 29th St., is still unknown.

Big Lots announced it will close the rest of its stores and is holding going out of business sales. The Tulare store is having an up to 40% off sale.
