Myles Turner was one of the biggest names on the free agency market this summer, but after the Indiana Pacers made it to the NBA Finals, most anticipated his return to Indianapolis would be a mere formality.

Milwaukee Bucks make biggest free agent signing of the summer in taking Myles Turner from rival Indiana for $107 million.

In order to make room for Turner, the Bucks have waived Damian Lillard, who will likely miss all of 2025-26 with an achilles tear he suffered in the NBA Playoffs. It's a heartbreaking end to Lillard's tenure in Milwaukee, which never worked out as he, or Bucks fans, had hoped.
