Chapelure, a cafe and bakery in East Lansing, will permanently close after nearly 18 years in business. The business, known for its French pastries, announced the closure on its Facebook page.
The owners of the recently closed Chapelure bakery are opening a new location in Okemos. The new bakery, named The Flaky Croissant, will be located at the corner of Mt. Hope and Hagadorn Road.
