YouTube TV's estimated nearly 10 million television homes could lose access to Fox Sports, Fox News and local stations if the two companies fail to reach a new distribution deal by Wednesday afternoon.

YouTube and Fox are in a standoff that could cut off subscribers’ access to upcoming NFL and college football games.

YouTube said on Monday it is in talks to renew a content partnership with Fox, but the media company is asking for payments above those received by partners providing comparable content.
