The passengers who were killed after a bus crashed on the New York State Thruway in the Pembroke area on Friday have been identified.

On Jan. 5, 2024, a tour bus traveling through upstate New York from Montreal, Canada rolled over on Interstate 87 southbound in Lake George, resulting in the death of one passenger, a passenger with serious injuries and 10 passengers with non-life threatening injuries.

The New York State Police are investigating a serious bus crash that occurred this afternoon on I-90 eastbound between exits 48A and 49 in the Town of Pembroke.
