GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - In Green Bay, the Ray Nitschke Bridge was closed Friday morning. It will remain closed until 2 p.m. Friday. According to the Director of Public Works, Steve Grenier, the bridge failed to open properly around 12:30 a.m. Friday while a vessel was attempting to pass through.
