President Donald Trump says he’ll sign an executive order on Monday intended to lower the cost of drugs in the U.S.

Trump spoke about a sweeping executive order he signed Monday that promised to lower prescription drug prices by between 59% and 90%.

The order Trump is promising will direct the Department of Health and Human Services to tie what Medicare pays for medications administrated in a doctor’s office to the lowest price paid by other countries.
