Louisville starting offensive tackle Monroe Mills has filed the necessary paperwork to enter the transfer portal, multiple sources tell On3. The former Oklahoma State and Texas Tech transfer has one season of eligibility remaining.

Mills played the majority of his snaps at Texas Tech at right tackle. He played 20 games for the Red Raiders from 2022-23 with 10 starts.
