Australian video platform Kick is being investigated by French authorities following the recent violent death of content creator "JP" during a live-streamed event.

France has launched an investigation into the actions of Australian streaming platform Kick after a French influencer died during a two-week live broadcast in which he was allegedly tortured and humiliated for the entertainment of viewers.
