Philadelphia Larry Krasner is expected to speak on the death of Kada Scott and the prosecution of Keon King, the suspect in her kidnapping.

The body of missing Philadelphia woman Kada Scott was found, with suspect Keon King facing new charges including arson and endangerment.

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office is set to address the latest developments in the case of Keon King, the man accused of kidnapping Kada Scott, whose remains were discovered over the weekend in East Germantown.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner shared new updates about Kada Scott’s disappearance and suspect Keon King in an Oct. 17 press conference. Scott was last seen on Oct. 4, and King was arrested in connection with her disappearance on Oct.

Loved ones haven't given up hope of finding 23-year-old Kada Scott. A prayer gathering was held on Friday at Chestnut Hill.

The city courts called Krasner's comments "appallingly disrespectful and a sad attempt on his part to find a scapegoat for his own failings on this matter.”
