The Seattle Seahawks activated tackle Abraham Lucas from the physically unable to perform list and saw wide receiver DK Metcalf return to practice on Wednesday.

The Seahawks' leading receiver, DK Metcalf, who has been out since injuring his knee in Atlanta, returned to practice, a good sign he could play vs. the 49ers.

The Seahawks activated right tackle Abraham Lucas from the PUP list Wednesday and placed George Fant on IR in a corresponding move.

Lucas began the 2024 campaign on the PUP list, but was recently designated to return to practice at the end of October. Once he returned to practice, the clock began on a 21-day window to be able to be ready to join the active 53-man roster or be shut down for the remainder of the season.

The Seattle Seahawks announced they have activated RT Abraham Lucas from the PUP list. In a corresponding move, Seattle placed OT George Fant on injured reserve. Both players were actually designated to return a few weeks ago and Fant made it back to the field before getting hurt again.
