Gov. Josh Shapiro said Tuesday that video footage of an arsonist’s attempt to kill is family “have been haunting me for months,” and left him carrying “an enormous sense of guilt” in trying to explain the incident to his children.

Cody Balmer is set to appear in plea court Tuesday for charges of attempted homicide, aggravated arson, and terrorism connected to an arson attack on the governor's residence in Harrisburg in April.
