The Pittsburgh Steelers have been trying to solidify the cornerback group for years now, and the organization took a step in the right direction by drafting Joey Porter Jr. in 2023.

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that a cornerback previously linked as a possibility for the Atlanta Falcons visited the New Orleans Saints.

Cornerback Asante Samuel is still a free agent, but that could change in the coming days. A second-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Florida State product was one of the few bright spots on Brandon Staley’s defense during his three-year stint with the organization.
