Breakfast was good.Staff was very responsive and helpful.Room service was good and was on time.

They asked to cancel the reservation from Booking in exchange for direct booking through them in order to get the discount. I think these reviews are incorrect
The hotel staff called more than 20 times from different numbers and asked me for sensitive information, including the flight number and other things
