"Overpriced, noisy, and poorly maintained. Champion doesn't are about maintaining this property. There is visible black mold in common area vents in the ceilings throughout the building, hallway carpets stink and literally have animal feces smeared into them in at least one place on every floor. Walls are very thin and you hear EVERYTHING going on in the units around you. Neighbors can literally blast their music to the point you can't even hear your own music or watch TV, let alone take zoom calls from home. Champion does nothing to address issues and ignores complaints. Their response to noise complaints from tenants is that quiet hours are from 10p to 7a. If you have kids in school that need to sleep, work from home, or expect any peace and quiet between 7am and 10p you will not ​find it here. Champion only cares about if the rent is paid and nothing else. Go with a better property mgmt company and definitely go with a company that doesn't overinflate rent and nickel and dime you with ridiculous addition "required" fees on top of rent (trash $25 a month, but you have to bring it out to dumpsters yourself - and there are 72 units. This is PURE greed/profit for Champion) and amenities fees (for a coffee maker that doesn't work half the time, a minimal "fitness center", and a room with three desktops that unattended kids play on all the time. What????) Don't even get me started on thevutility bills throigh Champion's rebilling company. Insane upcharges and "administrative fees" that are again, pure greed and profit. Even the kwh and water rates are increased from the AEP and city water rates that the property overall is charged. Seriously reconsider before moving into this place. It's an absurd amount of money should you be unhappy and want to break your lease and leave."
