"Made an appointment to purchase and test drive a new motorcycle on Friday. Showed up with checkbook ready to make a deal. Tony refused to allow a test drive because I was wearing shorts. If Tony had informed me of his rules to test drive and buy ahead of time, he would have sold the motorcycle. Instead, Tony wasted my time and did not make the sale. I will NEVER return to Farrow HD. Too hard to give them money!"
