Which Windows 10 build are you running - 1903, 1909, 2004 or 20H2 (Oct 2020)? Unfortunately I’d have to disagree with Epson, their ‘latest’ driver is listed for Windows XP & while it worked on Windows 7 a driver which hasn’t been updated since XP would be just too old to work on Windows 10.
